Refund policy
Gladiator Tennis Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Gladiator Tennis, we want you to register with confidence. Because our flex leagues depend on player reliability to ensure a great season for everyone, we have established the following refund and cancellation policies.
1. Our "No Risk" Guarantee
We strive to provide competitive, locally based tennis for every player. In the rare case that we cannot place you in a local group at your verified skill level, we will proactively reach out to you. You will be given the option to either receive a full refund or a league credit towards a future season—no questions asked.
2. Pre-Season Cancellations
If your schedule changes or you suffer an injury before the season begins, you are fully covered. You may cancel your registration at any time before the league registration end date to receive a full refund.
3. Mid-Season Withdrawals & Injuries
Once the registration deadline has passed and schedules have been generated, refunds are generally no longer provided.
- Injuries: If you sustain an injury during the season and can no longer compete, we cannot issue a refund for the remaining matches. However, you are permitted (and encouraged) to recruit a substitute player to finish out your matches so your opponents are not left without a game.
- Withdrawals: If you choose to withdraw from the league mid-season due to personal scheduling conflicts, no refunds or credits will be issued.
4. Removals & Forfeiture of Refund
To protect the integrity of the league and the experience of other Gladiators, refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Failure to Complete Matches / Unresponsiveness: Players who repeatedly fail to respond to opponent scheduling requests, fail to show up for matches, or do not complete their assigned matches may be removed from the league without a refund.
- Unsportsmanlike Conduct: Gladiator Tennis strictly enforces a Warrior's Code of conduct. Players suspended or permanently banned for unsportsmanlike behavior or verbal abuse will forfeit their registration fee.
- Communication Opt-Outs: Active players must be able to receive league emails regarding scheduling, score reporting, and rules. If you unsubscribe from these mandatory communications and cannot participate properly as a result, you may be removed without a refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you need to cancel prior to the registration deadline, or if you have questions regarding a credit for an unplaced registration, please contact our Customer Support Staff directly at hello@mygladiator.io or call us at 630-639-2866.
Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment and may take a few business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
