FAQs
No you do not have to be in a league to play in The Gauntlet. There are three ways to play.
Free (Sign up for a free account on player.gladiatortennis.com): You can pick up any casual matches and hitting sessions.
Included with all Gladiator League Registrations: You can pick up hitting sessions, casual matches and UTR/WTN rated matches. You can post hitting sessions or casual matches.
Gauntlet Subscriber: You can pick up and post all match types. Gauntlet subscribers are the only users that can post a rated UTR/WTN match.
Some do. If you choose the Rated Match or Sub Match option when posting or claiming your match will be submitted to both UTR and WTN.
There are several match types available depending on your region, each designed for different goals and styles of play:
- Rated Match: Open challenges outside of league play. Results submitted to UTR.
- Casual Match: Low-pressure matches for fun or practice, with no UTR impact.
- Hitting Session: Rally or drill sessions for pure practice — no scores recorded.
Leagues follow a schedule and structure. The Gauntlet gives you complete freedom to play on your terms.
