The Gladiator player experience is now an app.
As of this week, Gladiator Tennis is live in the Apple App Store and on Google Play. If you're an existing player, your account is already there — log in with the credentials you already use and everything carries over. If you're new, it's the fastest way to get set up.
We rebuilt the sign-in and onboarding experience for mobile from the start. The session stability issues some players have run into — the unexpected logouts — are fixed in this version.
Here's what else is new.
SCHEDULING THAT ACTUALLY HELPS
Coordinating a match in a flex league is usually the most annoying part. You know your availability. Your opponent knows theirs. The problem is that you've been figuring out the overlap over text, with no shared view of either schedule.
The app fixes that. Open any upcoming match on your schedule and you'll see a new scheduling tool on the match details page. It shows exactly where your availability overlaps with your opponent's. From there, you can quick-draft a message with suggested times that work for both of you and send it in one tap. When you've landed on something, lock in the time and location directly on the match.
It doesn't eliminate the need to actually talk to your opponent — that's still part of it — but it cuts the back-and-forth down considerably and keeps everything in one place.
A CHANGELOG SO YOU ALWAYS KNOW WHAT CHANGED
There's a new Changelog page inside the app. Every update, fix, and improvement gets posted there, in plain language, when it ships. No waiting for a newsletter to find out what changed. No wondering if the thing you noticed is a bug or a feature.
It's also where we'll be talking to you between seasons — product updates, fixes, things we're working on. Think of it as the direct line.
WHAT YOU GET AS A FREE USER
You don't need to be in a league to use the app. Free account holders can browse and claim hitting sessions and casual Gauntlet matches near them, at their level. The app also links directly to league registration if you decide you want to play a full season.
If you're already in a league, the app is where your schedule, standings, score submission, and the Gauntlet all live. It's the same experience you've had on the web, built for the device you're actually holding when you're at the courts.
