High School Doubles Indoor Mixer 2/21/2025

Get active and social this February with a Chicagoland High School Tennis doubles mixer at the Wheaton Sports Center!

Registration closes February 19th or when spaces fill up.

Event details:

• Who's it for: Any tennis player currently in High School
• Location: 1000 W Prairie Ave, Wheaton, IL 60187
• Date/Time: Friday, February 21st, 5:30-9pm
• On court coaching session: On-court coaching session focused on doubles strategy and technique led by a High School tennis coach and/or teaching pro. Receive actionable coaching on doubles strategy to put to use that night.
• Format: Doubles match play with rotating partners each match. Results of each match will tier players toward increasingly matched skill level groupings. Meet new people, play with different teammates, and challenge new opponents. Players who come as a pair will play their initial match paired together and then independently rotate through new partners in subsequent matches.
• Raffle: Everyone gets a raffle ticket with opportunities to earn additional raffle tickets throughout the night. Raffles held to win Gladiator Tennis merchandise.
• Winner's medals: Top players with the most game wins throughout the night will be honored in a medal ceremony.

Planned Event Schedule:

• 5:15-5:30pm: Registration and check-in. Gladiator table will be setup in the welcome lobby
  
• 5:30-6:00pm: On-court coaching session and competition overview
• 6-8:30pm: Round robin doubles match play (As defined above)
• 8:30-9pm: Medal ceremony and raffle winners rewarded
