Purchase this product to register for the league. For doubles, tell us your partner's name or we'll find you a partner of the same skill level to compete with.

CREATE A PROFILE
We'll send you a link to create or confirm your Gladiator profile, assess your skill level and help you choose a "Home Court" near you, where you'll play half your matches. Outdoor leagues are played on public courts and indoor leagues are played at your club or a public indoor facility.

Matchmaking
We'll match you with 5 nearby competitors of your same skill level and provide a suggested schedule of when to play.

SCHEDULE MATCHES
You coordinate each match date and location with your opponent using our easy‑to‑use scheduling tools. You'll play half your matches on your chosen Home Court, and the other half on your opponents' Home Courts (within about 20 minutes of you).

PLAY AND TRACK
Compete, record scores, and monitor your progress as you improve! Eligible matches are also recorded in the UTR (Universal Tennis Rating) system. If you do well in this league you could qualify for the Colosseum Playoffs.

Steve Hess
Steve, founder and League Coordinator of Gladiator Tennis, turned his passion for affordable tennis into a thriving league. Post-college, he found organized tennis options too expensive, so he created Gladiator Tennis in 2007, starting with 50 men. Under his leadership, the league has grown to 2,500 players over 17 years.
Steve’s organizational skills have kept the league running smoothly, continuously attracting new players. Gladiator Tennis is a testament to his vision, dedication, and the power of grassroots initiatives.
